1. Prep. Wash and dry your hands. Gently push back your cuticles, lightly buff the surface of each nail, then wipe with
an alcohol pad so the nail is clean and oil-free.
2. Match your sizes. Lay the nails out and pick the one that fits each natural nail best, sidewall to sidewall, without
touching the skin.
3. Apply adhesive. Brush a thin layer of nail glue onto the natural nail (or use an adhesive tab). Less is more, so
avoid flooding the cuticle.
4. Press and hold. Position the nail at the cuticle edge, press down firmly from cuticle to tip and hold for 20 to 30
seconds.
5. Shape. Trim and file to your preferred length or shape if you like

6. Let it set. Avoid water and heavy pressure for the first hour for the strongest hold.
To remove and reuse
• Soak your fingertips in warm, soapy water for 10 to 15 minutes.
• Gently lift each nail from the side. Never pull or peel them off, as that can damage your natural nails.
• Wipe away leftover adhesive, then store the nails in their box for next time.
